iCloud Mail - 16KB?

Hello All,

Under Setting -> iCloud -> Storage -> Manage Storage, I can see that I have 5.0 GB available out of 5.0 GB. I do not use iCloud Mail (toggled off in iCloud Settings) and even when I turn it on, there are no emails in any of the folders for the account. For some reason though under Manager Storage I can see 16KB for Mail, even though I have 5.0 GB free out of 5.0 GB.

Is this 16KB just simply configuration of the account? Just curious to know what the 16KB for the Mail is.

Hello,

You can free up iCloud storage space when you delete email messages from your iCloud email account. You can also move email messages from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC, where they no longer count against your iCloud storage.

Use the steps below to delete messages from your account. Remember that messages with large attachments take up more space than simple text emails.

I am also wondering if any one else has 16KB for Mail if there are not using iCloud Mail?

That's the thing, I do not see any emails under my iCloud Account. Is the 16Kb just configuration of the iCloud Email Account?

I checked again and all emails are deleted, but it still says 16KB under Manage Storage for iCloud. Would the 16Kb be settings/configuration of the email account?
