Answers to yur questions...
- This is ONLY for my iCloud account.
- Lost ALL messages up to 4pm Singapore local time
- IMAP
- I have checked my iPhone, Macbook and iCloud using web browser, I do not have all my INBOX emails up to 4PM today.
Sounds like there was a glitch and they got deleted
You can likely recover them from a backup made when the messages were on a computer
Why is this only with my INBOX.
My SENT BOX is ok.
Can APPLE recover my INBOX as my ICLOUD back up was two days ago as I am travelling.
Also which folder is the INBOX backup located.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library/Mail. The e-mails should be in there in your backup.
Can Apple Support assist in restoring my Email INBOX.
I am annoyed why INBOX was deleted as there is not a button that can delete the entire inbox accidently.
They should be able to.
How do I get this done?
