why after i forgot my password to enter iphone i cannot do a restore in itune or icloud?
after i do the recovery in itune my iphone show; iphone desactivado!!!
If you have forgotten the password for encrypted backup, you'll have to start without the backup data. The password for an encrypted backup can't be reset.
