I downloaded the iCloud app to my PC and asked it download all of my iCloud photos to my PC. When I hit the download button, nothing happened, so I pressed it a few more times. To my great surprise, this resulted in 5 downloads in the queue, which will result in about 500 GB of photos. I need this process to stop. How do I tell icloud to stop the icloud to PC download?

Have you tried quitting the application or perhaps restarting the computer?
Hi, Zinacef. I have restarted the computer. I have signed in and out of the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the PC. I have deleted all the folders it set up for the download (it just puts them right back). It seems like Apple doesnt want you to stop once you start. mind boggling.
