Q: Cannot install OSx

A friend gave me a 27" iMac (2010), however they wiped the disk clean.  Now when I try to install OSX, I get the message Temporarily Unavailable.  From what I have been told is the prior owner should have removed any connections with iCloud or iTunes; they did not do that.

What can I do to be able to use the iMac?

Restart with the Option, Command, and R keys held down, and try installing an OS from there. If the computer doesn't respond to that shortcut or gives you the same message, you need to use a compatible install DVD.
