IiCloud music and itunes Match ate missing from my music settings along with half of my music and all of my playlists. My Apple Music subscription did expire but the music that is missing was mine, I did not download it from Apple music or any of my playlists.

A couple of things to try....
- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Try signing out of your iCloud account then sign back in
Others have posted problems with Apple Music. No fix has been posted that I have seen.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for improvement. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
Or you can use your Apple ID to register with this site and go the Apple BugReporter. Supposedly you will get an answer if you submit feedback.
