My Favorites Mix not there

Like many, I've enjoyed the My New Music Playlist, but once I looked for the update today, it was nowhere to be found in my Apple Music.

Aggravated at first, I looked up the issue without resolve. Fifteen minutes ago I asked Siri to play it and to my surprise, she did it. I still can't find it in my library, but it's definitely a new batch of tracks.

Hope to be able to find it in my library soon, but in the mean time, I'll be asking Siri.

This solution worked for me also. I asked Siri to play my favorites mix( which has never shown up in the For You section of my Apple Music account). After playing about half of the playlist the My Favorites Mix is now showing in the For You section.

"My New Music Mix" finally showed up today! It has been missing since February 4th. Apple support was great but it took a while. You will need to contact them. They are aware of the issue. They kept in constant contact through out.

Last message from Apple before resolution today>

We’re still working to get this resolved as it’s a known issue on our end as mentioned before. I know it’s frustrating not being able to have this option available to you at this time as I’m also an iTunes Apple Music account holder myself.

Mine showed up on 4/7/17 and hopefully this Friday it will populate with a new list. But here's something interesting:

Here's something strange with Siri. If on my iPhone I say "Play My New Music Mix" she says "Playlist My New Music Mix playing" and then it starts playing the 1st song in my library. If I do the same exact thing on my MacBook Pro (running latest MacOS and iTunes) it works correctly by playing the 1st song in the My New Music list. How can that be?

Holy cow this made me feel a ton better. My wife and I have the exact same issue! We have spoken with Apple Supoort for hours to no avail.

Still no resolution. Tim Cook email and tweets to other senior management no success. I have seen it appear at times then go away. Still waiting for engineering to respond to the tech support person who has this.

I have the same issue. Unfortunately, I haven't found a fix either.

I Have the same issue with both new mixes. It's one reason I came back to Apple Music.

Same issue here. Cannot see on neither of iPhone, iPad and Macbook Pro...

I spent 1 hour and a half last night on a chat with apple support. Talked with two iTunes specialists who tried to help but nothing worked. They say they see the two mixes showing in my For You section on their end. They had me log out of my iTunes account on all my devices, log back in, turn on and off iCloud music library. Nothing fixed it. They are going to escalate it to a higher specialist.

My wife and I share a family subscription. I have the My Favorites Mix but she does not. Just wanted to add to the discussion for what it's worth...

Yes I was running the beta on my iPhone 6. I thought it be fixed when I got my iPhone 7, but still the same. It must be something with iCloud or their backend as it's across all my devices. Even the new iPhone.
