After Connected Apple Bluetooth Trackpad Cannot Be Used On Windows 10 via Bootcamp

Hi, I used to be able to use Apple Bluetooth Trackpad with my last Window 10 installation. I have removed my bluetooth trackpad on my OSX, and pair it under Windows 10 using 0000 code and it was connected successfully. Yet the bluetooth trackpad cannot move the cursor or click or scroll. The system recognize my trackpad correctly under device management. Is there a reason this happened? This is a fresh installation of Windows 10.
