why 5s is not supporting volte while it is showing this feature ?

VoLTE requires carrier support. Most carriers do not support VoLTE on anything lower than an iPhone 6. Contact your carrier if you want to know why.

What do you mean it is not yet enabled? Your carrier has to support VoLTE to be able to use it. Have you contacted them and asked? Do they?
