How do I turn on message effects iOS 10
I have an iPhone 6, and I just updated it to iOS 10. When you hold down the blue send arrow, you are supposed to get options for different message effects. when I hold down my send button, nothing pops up. Not only can I not use the effects, but I also cannot receive them. The only one that shows up when sent to me is the invisible ink. This seems like a cool feature and I would like to be able to use it but I'm disappointed that I cannot. I've tried resetting some settings and such but nothing has fixed it.
On top of that, when I reset my settings, it changed the fingerprint unlock to where you have to press the button to unlock the phone. I know you can change that in settings, but now when I go to change it, I still have to press the button to enter the phone, swjether or not rest finger to open is toggled on or off.
I Know these are both minor problems but they just annoy me and I was hoping someone could offer me some tips on how to fix it. Thanks!
