Iphone 6 battery becoming extremely hot after ios 10 update

I updated to ios 10 this morning and when I have been charging my phone during the day I have realised it is becoming very hot, i was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there is a solution to it. I also use the proper iPhone charger lead and plug.
