Dark Mode iOS 10

Hi, does anyone knows if Dark Mode will be released soon for iOS 10

I see the alarm set up is in Dark mode and it look so much better and more pleasent to eyes.

I hate the white background everywhere and it takes more battery life as well.

Every other operating system have that option but apple. why?
