Q: iOS 10 music start/stop times messed up

I'm running an iPhone SE 64gb with iOS 10. Many songs in my iTunes library have certain stop/start times, but after updating, they're all mixed up. Songs either don't start or stop when they're supposed to, or they'll start/stop at a random time, which is annoying. The same problem was in the beta, causing me to backup to iOS 9. I assumed this bug would be fixed in the final release. Any solutions besides deleting and re-downloading my library?

I have this issue as well.  The playlist works fine from iTunes, but not when played back from my iPhone 7 running iOS 10.  A lot of the songs have custom start and end times configured through iTunes, and it seems generally those times are what don't make it to my phone. Those songs all start at 0:00 and end at the wrong time as well.

Starting from scratch via reinstalling iOS and a new playlist didn't help.
