Authenticated Binding Issues Server 5

Im trying to set up an authenticated bind with a client on the same subnet as the server. After trusting the ssl, I enter the diradmin to bind. I get the following error:

Error: Authentication server refused operation because the current credentials are not authorized for the requested operation. (5101)

DNS is set up for the router and server, so I cannot figure out why it will not bind. Any suggestions?
