iOS 10 -- how do I clear all lockscreen notifications?

Updated to iOS 10 and all went well. From the lockscreen, I am trying to figure out how to delete all notifications with a single gesture. In the Notification Center, there is now a "Clear All Notifications," which is great. However, I'd like to clear all notifications without unlocking the phone. As I see it right now, I have to swipe each individual notification and then tap clear. This is a pain, especially if there are a bunch of notifications. Thanks for any help someone can offer.

No, Apple doesn't share those things with me but I would think it is to keep someone (say a child) from picking up your phone and inadvertently clearing all of your notifications at one time.

I found a way to do this although it was unintentional. If you slide one of the notifications to the left and touch view, then touch the X in the top, right corner that will make all calendar notifications disappear from the lock screen. I consider this a bug but Apple isn't likely to fix it.

This is not possible. However, under Setting>Notifications, you can select certain apps to not show up on the lock screen.

Thank you for the quick response. Do you understand why they provide a Clear All in the Notif. Center but not on the lockscreen?

I realized, in the lockscreen, sweep down from the top to bring up the Notif Center, then Clear All with force touch. This way, you don't have to unlock. Quick and easy.
