is build 14A403 the final release?
i upgraded to ios 10 GM, and i can't update any further. do i already have it? i have an iPhone 5S.
I have never installed a beta and upgraded from 9.3.5 and have 10.0.1(14A403).

99 times out of a hundred, the beta GM is the public release. There may have been a couple of historic acceptions to that, but not many.
