Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
I see that some of your app notifications don't open, but others open fine. I definitely want to make sure that you can access all of your notifications. I have something that I would like you to try.
It looks like you just updated to iOS 10 recently. So, I would advise to open the App Store app and make sure all of your apps are updated. Often, developers will release new app updates that correspond with a new iOS software version release.
Once you'e made sure that all of your apps have been updated, please give your iPhone a fresh restart, and test the notifications again.
