Apple music removes songs out of playlist after iOS10 update

I upgraded to iOS 10 yesterday on my iPhone 6, along with the new iTunes on my Mac. However, it removed all Apple Music songs out of my playlists and now only the uploaded songs show up. I tried removing the iTunes Library file and replacing it with the pre-updated file but it still doesn't work. I tried turning off then turning off iCloud library but that doesn't work either.
