Is anyone else having this problem? I select a watch face, including Weather (in any position), but there is just a blank there. I had Weather on my phone, of course, but deleted it when that became possible. I reinstalled it though when I learned it had to be on the phone to get this feature on the watch. But now Weather is missing on the watch. This is with Watch OS 3.

It is missing because it gets its information from the Weather app on the phone. Once you deleted the Weather app on the phone, it isn't available on the watch. You would need to replace the weather app so you can get it to mirror on the phone.
No, as I said, I reinstalled the Weather App on the phone.
I was able to resolve the issue by un-pairing the watch and phone and re-pairing them.
Sorry, I missed where you said that you reinstalled it. Either way, I'm glad you got it fixed.
This worked for me too.
Un-pairing and re-pairing is however a far-too-lengthy process.
