My Apple ID is disabled

My Apple ID is disable. I've tried everything. when I try to answer the sequrity questions it says that my birthday is wrong. Also, my Apple ID is an iCloud Email. i can't seem to find the icloud email place I'm not sure if they still have it. But, I can't get on my email to fix the iCloud problem. I'm basically stuck with it telling me I need to verify it. i can't even delete my Apple ID ): PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!
