So I just recently upgraded to iOS 10 and Watch OS 3 all is fine on that front, I am however not able to see someones "Activity" when its being shared with me. My Activity however is being shared and seen just fine on the other persons end. I have Deleted and Re added the contact and still to no avail i am not able to see that persons Activity. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated !!!

I have the same problem. It shows up with their activity on my phone, but it is not showing up on the watch app.

It may help to unpair and re-pair your watch:
My Watch is paired fine, the other person is able to see my "Activity"as am i able to see my own Activity I am just not able to see theirs.

So if you feel confidant that the issue is on my watch i will follow the above mentioned steps. If those steps don't work for sure i will contact Apple Support ( Which i have via Twitter ) and make a Genius Bar Reservation. Thanks !!!
I tried this and it did not work. I am seeing them on my iPhone but not on my Watch. in addition they are not seeing my data update. 😟

Me too - Same symptoms. I've unpaired and repaired to no avail. I've removed the sharing and put it back - no good either.
