outlook and genio
i just loaded the new genio system and my outlook keeps crashing-any suggestions

Other than that I don't know what Genio is.

sorry-it was a el capitain that go loaded
If you mean you upgraded to El Capitan and now Outlook crashes make sure you have the latest version of Outlook.
