notes font randomly gray or black
Why is the IOS Notes font sometimes black and sometimes gray? And how does a user change from one to the other?Please look at the attached screenshot to see what I mean:

I see from the screenshot you shared, your Notes app on your iPhone 6 on iOS 9.3.5 seems to get lighter and darker text. I'll be glad to help you with this
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- If you haven't already tried restarting, give it a go. The forced restart referenced in this article doesn't apply to your situation though.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- The next troubleshooting steps should remove your personal data, but it's always better to "have" a backup than to "need" a backup.
Reset iPhone settings -- This procedure will only return your iPhone's settings to their default.
