I have a MacBook. The USB-C Multiport Adapter is installed, but the HDMI is not detecting any displays. The HDMI cord is good and has been used recently. Is this a problem with the adapter? Or my computer? I've tried everything I can find online. Help????

Another thing you can do is to reset the NVRAM since this is with a second display.
