bluetooth connect issue since IOS10 update

My Chevy Silverado has a phone system paired to my IPhone 6 Plus. Since updating to IOS10 each call slips from the speaker to the phone when the connection is made. Any ideas on how to keep it from changing?

My issue is similar but with victory motorcycle i use heads free tell it to call someone it calls them then switches to iPhone not my bluetooth headset that I just used to tell siri to call some one with please fix was not an issue before!
