Question

can I take my iPhone to an Apple Store to get the iOS update?

I don't have a laptop currently and my iPhone isn't showing the iOS 10 update so I was wondering if I could take it to an Apple Store and get the update there somehow.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4

Yes. They will update your iPhone for you.

You can make an appointment at an Apple Genius Bar.

Make sure to backup your iPhone prior to updating to a new iOS.

Even when you connect to WiFi its not showing under software update? Should show under settings-general-software update if you have a iPhone 6 or iPhone 7

When I go to my software updates it shows the iOS 9.3.5, and when I try to download that one, it shows "error to install iOS 9.3.5" after a while. :/
