I've had the beta version of ios 10 since the 2nd release. A while ago I deleted the news app, thinking I'd never use it. Well I want to test it out to see the improvements, but I can't find it in the app store to re-download it. There's absolutely no evidence of it existing anywhere. Anybody else experiencing this or have a solution?

I have the same issue. Tried enabling restrictions but News doesn't appear under 'Apps'. Have iPhone 7/10.2.1. My sister has iPhone 6/10.2.1 and it appears in her Today View.
Any advice please??? Miss my news app.

Sorry about that. I forgot to say I got the final released version earlier today. Same problems are there
The final version came with News if it's supported in your country.
News is only supported in U.S., U.K. and Australia.
Where are you using it?
In the US...maybe i shoud restore to factory settings and then rrestore from a back up?

Even if you don't have restrictions enabled, try going to Settings > General > Restrictions and Enable Restrictions (you'll need to enter and verify a PIN code). Then scroll down to find Apps, select it, and make sure to select All Apps. Then you should be able to disable restrictions again.

There is no cure unfortunately. I was advised to reset my phone and start from scratch. Maybe Apple will fix in next update ??
Incidentally, Apple emojis are not supported on this Apple site ......
I was a little quick in response anyway, realised after changing back to my region, it disappeared again :(

I see the News app in the Widget List. But the same is not listed in the Home screen and in the settings as well.
Any idea about this.
