Sep 15, 2016 2:11 PM in response to abhinay.natrajby Manu88,This work for me; I have made a «hard reboot» ... to make a hard reboot, all you have to do is to hold the home button with the power button at the same time, hold them until the apple logo appear, and then release everything... when your iPad is restarted, go to settings/general/software update, and here you will have your iOS 10 update available!

Sep 15, 2016 2:15 PM in response to Manu88by Bakhtina,Are you trying to update it using iTunes on a Mac or Windows computer, or are you trying to update from the Settings app on the device itself?
Have you tried both ways? (see Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support if you don't know how)
