Sep 21, 2016 6:43 AM in response to Taylah7by James Holzer,I'm having the same exact problem. My iPhone 6 was working just fine. I updated to ios10 and touchid stopped working completely and I cannot add a new finger print. I tried erasing and reinstalling from icloud backup and no luck.

Strangely enough I've had the update for a few days now and touch ID was working fine before this morning, is this how it has been for everyone else? I've never had the screen replaced or anything.
Has anyone gone out to an Apple store or genius bar yet and if so what was their response/solution?

Someone could help me please?
