iPhone 6 can send digital touch but cannot receive them
Uplated my iPhone 6 to iOS 10 today. I can send other people digital touch messages, but I can't receive them. This is what my screen looks llike when I send

It seems that you're not seeing the new Messages app effects when they are sent to you. I can understand why you'd be concerned, and I'm happy to offer some guidance. You may have the Reduce Motion setting enabled in your settings, and this would cause certain effects to be disabled.
