Locked iPhone

So i just got a new 6s from my provider today.

I hinder a few problems, first i use a family relative backup then require his password to reset, that's all sorted now.

Then once it's reset i start it from a new phone, i enter in my itunes login then i leave it connected to my PC. I come back and now it ask for an passcode. My phone is now blocked for 15mins. i did not set a passcode.

Does it require my family relative passcode?

This was a huge mistake. Hopefully you now realize this.

You will likely have to get that relative's passcode. Once you finish this, do Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings so you can start the whole process over and make this your iPhone.

You are being asked for a passcode on an otherwise brand new device. What other passcode could it be other than your relative's passcode? Have him enter it or learn it and enter it yourself.

Then reset the device as new, as it clearly is not set up as a new device now. If it were a new device, it would not ask you to enter a passcode. (It may well ask you to set a passcode once it's set up as new.)
