Q: ios 10 whatsapp problem

The problem is that can anyone respond to whatsapp messeges even when the phone is locked and the and when open the phone its crash like the last photo . I use ios 10 iphone 6.

You can try to reinstall the WhatsApp on your iPhone, that should help to fix the problem.
