memories on Photo app not showing on iPhone 5

Updated to iOS10 yesterday and i found that on my iPhone 5 the memories button on the Photos App doesn't appear.

Tried to log out of iCloud and restart the sync of the photos, also did a Phone restore but it seems it really doesn't appear, which is odd since it appears on my iPad Mini.

I looked on the iOS10 info site but nothing appears that says this functionality of iOS 10 is not available for iPhone 5.

Anyone experiencing this or has some idea what may be happening?
