Downloading music for offline use is slow.

I am currently trying out Apple Music as I am a 3-year long Spotify fan. But since I have all my other services at Apple aswell, I might aswell try if I can use Apple Music instead of Spotify.

Tech specs: iPhone 6S, 64gb, iOS 10

BUT, now for my problem: When I add music to my Library and tap the download icon, it adds all the songs to the 'Downloading..'-list. But it's not making any progress whatsoever with downloading whatsoever. The problem is not my WiFi connection, other apps and Safari work fine.

Is there a workaround or maybe a known bug?
