Q: Can't Update free apps
i have updates available on free apps & also the latest iPhone update - I have an iPhone 6s. But when I try to update it takes me to my payment details - the card I have registered is to an old account I don't use & is currently at nil balance - it says payment method decline ?? Why is it declined if I'm only updating & not purchasing anything. I have noticed with a previous card that if balance was left than a certain amount the same would happen ?
