Purchased Songs Still Cannot Be Downloaded iOS10

I updated my iPhone 6s+ to iOS10 hoping this would fix the Music app I have been experiencing since the last iOS9 firmware but that is a different issue.

My iPhone 6s+ got bricked during an over the air iOS10 update from iOS9. I was able to restore it to iOS10 factory settings via iTunes on my Macbook Air.

I am now in the process of downloading my entire music library I purchased in the iStore. I have successfully downloaded my entire songs/albums except for 6 particular songs. I go to iStore > More > Purchased > Music > Not On This iPhone > All Songs. The same songs I am trying to download are still listed as not yet downloaded. I went ahead and downloaded them, one by one at first, then all at once, the play button will appear next to the 6 songs but when I restart or visit the Album or Single, it is not listed in the Music app. I go ahead check the iStore, the songs are listed not downloaded.

I have restarted and redownloaded, the same 6 songs are still not saved on my iPhone for offline use. I have a screenshot attached to help you understand my issue.
