Apple Support chat! no one picking up...

Hello, is anyone around? I have been trying to contact Apple Support online since 10am this morning... the chat service never starts...

I am deaf, I have tried calling but couldn't follow, and I have visited the Apple store yesterday evening also, who told me to contact online support as would be quicker, apparently there is a week to 10 days waiting period...

Someone please help, I'm going stir crazy!! I need a working phone asap, my business is being affected badly!
