#images app is not available after installing iOS10

#images app is not available after installing iOS10

I have iphone 6S, I installed iOS10 but within iMessage apps, I do not have the #images app as a default, and I can´t seem to find it anywhere. If someone sends me a message through it, the icon pops up on the bubble as they are preparing it and it says ´via #images´once it arrives, if I then click on the ´via #images´message it searches in the imessage store but goes nowhere and I do not have access to the app at all.

Is anyone else having this problem and has anyone else managed to solve it?

Open the Messages app
Open a message thread or start a new one
Tap the iMessage Apps icon (http://help.apple.com/iphone/10/#/iph82fb73ba3)
then tap the App Drawer ("four dot") icon (http://help.apple.com/iphone/10/#/iphf9c9c01d3)
Tap Store
Tap Manage
Turn on #images

Thanks for the reply - I´ve had a look in there but the #images app isn´t there. There is an option to go to Purchased for items that I may have deleted but it´s not in there either. If you have any more suggestions I´d be very grateful!
