I took my watch off its charger during update. Then I turned it off to get it back to the watch face. It won't come back on. all I get is a circle with a red exclamation point and the apple watch help site. What can I do to fix my watch?

Try force restarting your watch: press and hold down both buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
