Q: Since my update to 10.0.1 on my iPhone 6 my music is stuck on repeat song

Since doing the latest upgrade on my iPhone 6, my music in my playlist and library will not advance to the next song, I have to manually advance my music. How do I change this? The only setting I see possible says shuffle music, all that does is change the song once.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are needing to turn off the shuffle option in the Music app. That is a great question! Check out this article here for steps to Use Apple Music in the Music app. Specifically, it looks like you are finding the option to shuffle. 

     

    Tap repeat icon once to play an entire playlist or album on repeat or twice to repeat one song. Tap repeat icon a third time to clear the repeat.

     

    Try tapping the shuffle button three times and that should turn shuffle off totally.
