Trouble sending group text messages

Hi,

I have to message around 60 people every week and since these numbers change after every 3 months I don't want to save them as a contact on my phone.

is there anyway I can make a group by manually entering all the numbers to send a text message to the group rather than adding and deleting 60 contacts after every 3 months.
