I see that you're having issues with iMessage and FaceTime not activating. It's important to have iMessage and FaceTime working right, so I'm happy to offer some help. Please try all of the steps in the support article I've shared below. Please note that you will need SMS messaging available in order for iMessage and FaceTime to activate.

go into appleid.apple.com
sign in
look for devices ---- view details
select your device associated -- remove your device from your id
get into your device again
setting - sign in your apple id at itunes and app store
should work
