how to view last location iphone if my phone dead?

my iphone has stolen, and apple has to send my location, my iphone was found and then my iphone is died again.

can i know the location of the phone, if my phone is off on this 24 hours? and if it works, how can i acces the last location?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9

You can log in to www.icloud.com and check there. If it has been more than 24hrs since the device last sent a location update, there will be no location information shown. There is nothing you can do at that point until or unless it reconnects to the internet and sends a location update.
