Click on the TM icon in Menu bar and select Open TM preferences. Then click on Select DIsk.  Either the Time Capsule disk will be list or you may have to click on Other AIrpot Time Capsule

if you specify TWO destinations, Time Machine will automatically alternate between them, creating two independent backup sets on the two drives.

Since these are independent, you will have to endure the initial "all afternoon to all night" full backup. You can reduce the time required for a Wi-Fi initial Backup by connecting an Ethernet cable (between your Mac Pro and your Airport extreme base station) to speed up the transfer rate.
