Software installation in client open directory

Hello everyone!

I have a small business organization based to os x server and open directory services.

I have this problem.

When I login to a client as user of a directory and install some software I have no problem to use it in the machine where installed. But when same user login user of a directory in a different machine i don't find that software and instead i see a big ? in the Dock.

So my question is: how install software logged as open directory user as I can use it in every machine I login?

Is there a procedure?

If I install same software in every machine it seems to loose sync.
