Upon installing OS3 on my Watch Mickey would talk a couple times and then not work again. I have reset the watch several times and still nothing.. Minne Mouse is the same. I have checked the settings and I do have the selection for Mickey to speak when touched selected. I've deleted the faces and reinstalled them several times as well. No go.. Anyone else having this issue?

Another user has found that unpairing and re-pairing their watch has resolved the issue:
Also try toggling the Tap to Speak Time setting.
Try to pair and un-pair your watch from the paired iPhone.

Update:
I contacted Apple Support and Brady instructed me to Un-pair my Watch from my iPhone and then Re-pair. Once I did that Mickey/Minnie begain to speak, pretty cool feature.
I have tried to Re-pair the watch and no change.
Is the battery low on your watch? Another user just reported, that Mickey started to talk after the watch had been charged for some time. Re: Mickey WatchOS3
Well. Turns out I am an idiot... Lol.. I totally forgot I had a meeting and turned my watch on silent mode... UGH!! Can't lie, I feel pretty stupid..

To also use the Mickey Mouse watch face with the Tap to Speak Time feature, follow these steps:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Sounds & Haptics - turn on Tap to Speak Time.

Did all of the above. However they would work if they both were not speaking. However one does and one does not. Mickey did speak yesterday, but not today as well.
