You would have to ask Autodesk that question. Apple doesn't support 3rd party software. It is the responsibility of 3rd party software to specify which hardware and operating system platforms they support.

You would have to ask Autodesk that question. They can make their software run on any processor or platform they want. According to the system requirements for Autocad for Mac (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/troubleshooting/caas/sfdc articles/sfdcarticles/System-requirements-for-AutoCAD-for-Mac.html), it will run on any MacBook released in the last 5 years.
