Whatsapp iPhone 4 (restoring stuck on 55%), and 5s (how to move/transfer whatsapp data from 4 to 5s)

Hey I have a question and a problem,

On my iPhone 4 im not able to restore the chat data (whatsapp) because it stuck on 55% and im not sure what to do. I did the backup yesterday at 10pm and its only 1.2mb but for some reason it wont go more that 55% when I want to RESTORE the data.

Now the question 🙂 Is there any chances to transfer the whatsapp data from iphone4 to 5s? I have some important messages and I dont want to keep them on iphone 4 because im not going to use the iphone 4 anymore and I dont want to leave the whatsapp on the phone so I would like to move/transfer the data of the whatsapp from 4 to 5s.

Also I would like to know if its possible to copy/transfer the text messages from 4 to 5s ???
