Do you have another cable? Is it possible the cable you're using is broken? Can you borrow another one to try?
Have you tried a different USB port?
Is your iTunes up to date? Old versions of iTunes lack the drivers to see devices running newer operating systems.
You said you took it to a shop, was that an apple store or authorized service provider?

Sep 15, 2016 7:49 PM in response to Skydiver119by benisulah,I have tried at least 20 different chargers and boxes. I cant connect it to iTunes because it's broken, like i said. It's also disabled and I tried to use the find my iphone app but the ipad is offline and theres no way to turn it on.
