Hello SandyIsThatYou,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. I know how important it is to be able to communicate effectively on your devices and the keyboard is definitely key to that. I'd like to help as much as possible.
Before we go to far it's always a good idea to have a fresh backup of your device when troubleshooting. If you aren;t sure how to make a backup have a look at the steps in this article: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Once you've backed up I'd recommend starting by removing the Hinglish keyboard and then re-adding it. You can do so by going to Settings > General > Keyboard. There you can tap "Edit" and then on the red symbol to delete the keyboard. Once it's removed, restart your iPhone. You can go back to the same settings and tap "Add New Keyboard" to re-add it to the available options.
If the behavior still persists after re-adding, you may wish to try resetting the settings on your device. What this effectively does is reset some of your settings to factory default. This does not remove any data like apps, photos or contacts, but It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Touch ID, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy, so you may have to set those things back up after this reset.
To do this please go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
If you run into any trouble, the entire community is here to help.
Best regards.
